Participant Interest Forms

Bike First! 2026 will be held at Parkrose Middle School in Portland, OR from Saturday, June 27th - Wednesday, July 1st. There will also be a mandatory caregiver information meeting the night of Friday June 26th.

Completing this form signifies your interest in a session placement in Bike First!. Please note that completing this form DOES NOT guarantee a spot and payment is not collected with this submission. With our growing community, the interest in Bike First! has greatly expanded. We will have an open interest form period between now and mid-to-late March. At that time, Bike First! staff will review interest forms and send out confirmations of placement as well as invoices for camp fees. Interest forms will continue to be reviewed following this enrollment period.

While it is our hope to have as many participants as possible, we fill VERY quickly. Please complete this form at your earliest convenience.

Please plan to set aside at least 20-25 minutes to complete this form thoroughly and answer all questions honestly. You will also be asked to upload a close photo of the participant. Your rider will not be denied registration due to disability, complex needs, identity, and other provided information. All information provided in this interest form will not be shared outside of Bike First! registration staff. Answers to later questions regarding rider communication, behavior, and riding history are reviewed by staff to ensure proper accommodations and resources are available to make Bike First! as welcoming and successful for your rider as possible.
